I spoke at a community meeting and was gifted a jar of Adam's fruit preserve. Kind of an odd side hustle product for a glass art studio but turned out to be some of the best I've ever had since my grandma passed years ago. Totally homemade with real figs. The lady who took my call when I inquired was a bit taken back that's the product I was calling about but could not have been nicer, more personal and yet professional when she realized I was wanting to order some for Christmas. I knew the postage wasn't going to be cheap I was ok with that cause good local folks selling great local products deserve our support and I was thrilled when it arrived within days well in time for Christmas. Thank you to the family member or staff that handled my phone inquiry and to the great product from a hidden jem business in Troy, AL.

I stopped because of an old Sign that reads "Andy's Nuts," in search of some last minute stocking stuffers. This store is actually a stained glass studio, however, they still pay tribute to the old nut shop. When you first walk you will see all the candies, jams, jellies, and syrup they still sell. I was greeted with a warm smile and then educated on what Divinity candy is (it's a southern delicacy). I picked up two containers of candy, some syrup, and walked around enjoying all the glass studio had to offer. Whether you are looking for a unique gift or a local treat, I definitely recommend stopping in.

Nice shop. If you like stained glass then stop for the stained glass not the nuts. There's not a lot of nuts.
